Aww it burns!help urgent please?

so i just came out from the shower.i exfoliated a lot my back.used the rock type thing.did so on my arms and hips as well.my hips have discoloured.my previous stretch marks are now red.most importantly in my back one patch has become lighter.as if i exfoliated myself till my fist layer skin was spent.it's a little gooey and a slight oil stuff is coming out plus there is the imprint of the rock on that area. what can i do now to stop it from scaring tomorrow?summer is coming! XO
