I know what you mean. I lost weight while i was pregnant (not from lack of eating) and then stacked on heaps after i gave birth. I have not tried to help myself either. I really need to get off my @ss and start exercising or something cause i get so down about it. Especially wen someone says "oh wow, you were skinnier when you were pregnant". I just grin and bare it now. I don't care anymore cause they will always find something rude to comment on or something bad to say no matter what your weight or how you look.
