I know you have probably been asked this 1000 times. But its really serious for me. I have had the feeling of?

a hair/phlegm stuck in my throat for about a month now. And I know its not that important, but in my case it really is. I've tried everything. Ive looked but nothing seems unusual with my throat, or tonsils. Ive stuck my hand down my throat and tried to pull whatever it might be out. Nothing. Also, I constantly, and I mean like every 10 seconds, need to spit. And when I do, its this really lon of spit and it doesn't detach from my mouth unless I wipe it. I don't comments saying it's gross, because I already know, and I also don't want people saying they have the same thing or have had the same thing. I want to know what it is, and/or a solution. Thank you :) (I'm 14 years old btw)
