2 years ago I was diognosed with cancer and had a full hysterectomy and had to have Chemo?

Since then i have been in tremendos pain in my feet and hands, they swell and my joints crack everytime i move. I also suffer with severe depression and i dont sleep well at all, Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong, could it be to do with early menapause due to surgery and what I could do to ease this problem. I have asked about HRT but suffer with High Blood Pressure so cant take it.
