Blood in my phlegm when cough.?

I don't have a cold, or appear to be sick. I feel fine. But I have been coughing up brown **** with specks of blood in it. I don't smoke tobacco, but i smoke marijuana. This morning I was smoking out of my bong and i coughed up that phlegm. And its there when i don't smoke to!! Whats wrong?
