How do i know if he likes me?

This guy work in a 7-11 down the road fom my house. I always see him working there and he is really nice. He always looks happy when i come into the shop and buy something, and tries to flirt with me. he always uses my name in a sentence and seems to know alot about me. The thing is, he's like 19 and i'm only 14 - But i am tall and look like i am about 18. Does he like me, or am i just reading way to much into thiss?
