I am a Medical doctor from Sri Lanka, programmed several medical software with vb.net. Any suitable job in USA

I am a medical doctor. I have ped my MBBS in 2002. I am the 12th in the all Island list in ouy year. I liked computer programming since my childhood. Earlier I have programmed in gw-BASIC and Q-BASIC. Now I have covered most of VB6 and now concentrating in VB 2005. I have programmed several medical programmes for Clinical Laboratories, For General Practitioners, for channeling centres, for pharmacies. I can send demo copies of my programmes and source codes in the section any one request. I thing having a sound knoledge in both fields, which are quite diffrent, will be an added advantage to develop better software. Here in our country, the infracture is very underdeveloped so I can't utilitise my capabilities. Can any one help me to find out a job in a country like US, UK, Canada, Austalia, etc.
