Is there any surgery for increasing sperm motility?

i had asked a previous question...like there is vasectomy is there any surgery like that for improving sperm motility....i know i have to ask doctor but my appointment is another week away...so i just wanted to know...or any tablets to increase....please help and no rude answers.....baby dust to all....
