Is the TV show "Dexter" a conspiracy of govt mind control?

How can any moral and sane person think that an ination hit man TV show as acceptable entertainment, even if it comes off as satirical and comedic? It would have to use satire as a pretense to get beyond the objections of your conscience, but is still violating your spirit by suggesting that inations are nothing to get upset about. Also inations can be associated by psychological steps to the assassination of a defenseless foreign country and all it's people, such as Iraq and Afghanistan where over 2 million Afghans and Iraqis have been murdered by the US in an attempt at genocide.
