Title of the movie????????????

It's with Martin Sheen and his son not Charlie the other one , from Mighty Ducks. The son came back home from Vietnam and he was all messed up in a head. Then he finally flips out on them and puts the gun to his sisters head. That's all I can remember , I think that crazy women from the movie Misery is in it too.?????????????
